SpaceX priced 555.6 million shares in its hugely anticipated IPO at $135 each late Thursday, making history as the largest public offering of all time.

SpaceX is targeting a hefty valuation of $1.77 trillion on only $18.7 billion in sales last year.

Nearly $13 billion of that sum was directed exclusively to AI -- three times as much as it spent on rockets.
